Very easy to wear, silver discs with a Tibet stud - to sit neatly on the lobe
These textured discs have a slightly upturned edge
Originally made from a disc and heat treated to melt the surface and create an 'orange peel' look -then cast using the lost wax casting method
The exact origins of lost wax casting are shrouded in mystery and it is possible that the technique was developed independently in different regions, but archaeological records suggest that the method was first used at some point in the fourth millennium BC
