About
Born in London, Louise studied for a 4yr BA in jewellery, with the third year working for goldsmith David Thomas in Chelsea.
On graduation she sold to London stores - Liberty, Harrods, Fenwick and Fortnum & Mason.
Bespoke ranges of jewels for V&A, RGB Kew and the Royal Pavilion followed, plus international sales to Japan, Hong Kong, America and Canada.
A move to Aldeburgh with her family in 2005, came fresh opportunities - a lifestyle emporium in Woodbridge with her sisters then led to Louise launching her eponymous website and yearly exhibitions.
In 2019, Louise joined up with David Gillingwater to run the Aldeburgh Studio Trail, a hugely successful yearly event that showcases up to 30 local artists and coincides with the Aldeburgh Festival.
Louise continues to sell her unique work through exhibitions and her website.
In 1989 Louise was commissioned by the Indian Government to spend a month designing and creating with three exporters of jewellery, her stay in Delhi and Mumbai left a lifelong love of India, the colours, patterns, and beautiful architecture. You can see this influence in her work to this day.

From Cornwall to Hong Kong, Louise loves to source her gems and pearls from far and wide - finding extraordinary shapes, colours and materials. Louise then artfully combines these treasures with her unique, wearable and handmade designs. The scrolls used for pierced earrings are a sturdy medium large.
