Originally the design on these stud earrings was engraved by master engraver George Lukes. George was regarded as one of the finest engravers of his generation and I had the honour of meeting and working with him on several of my designs in the 80's and 90's
This scroll design was originally designed in 2008, for Sutton Hoo to be sold in the gift shop and was part of a larger collection which included garnet gems, sadly the collection never made it into the shop but this earring design is happily available to you here!
These simple, slightly domed and textured studs are 19 mm in diameter
